creating a new SME business insurance proposition to be delivered via a digital
eTrade capability. We delivered the strategy and implementation of a new end-to-end eTrading system including
self-serve policy issuance, a payments solution and a new data & analytics
layer.
Go-To Market strategy
To help drive their go-to market strategy, a major consulting organisation wanted to
understand the macro economic trends keeping senior leaders awake in the London
market. We delivered a market wide insight study to include interviews with
senior leaders, new opportunity assessment and thought leadership articles.
Product Acceleration
A leading technology company wanted to create a digital Underwriting workbench accelerator to show their clients a vision of the future of underwriting technology. Working with our ecosystem partners we delivered a high resolution prototype to be used with clients on their digital transformation programmes.
